I have the Chris Alston's, and I don't have a problem with them, they're nice and strong, as long as you're okay with cutting up your floor.

Or you could hang tight for a few months... it sounds like Spohn might be working on some less obtrusive connectors.

go to suspension, steering and brakes  section and look for a post there called revised frame connector plans by buscop . in the plans yuoll need to figure out the angle of the jog at the frontof the connectors to match your car(all cars are not identical) all you need to do this is mock up an angle finder out of sheet metal similar to two rulers pinned together at one end so they swivel. the rear of the connectors he has below the rear mounts with plate going  vertically up to the original rear control arm mounts. i dont think you need to cut the floor with this setup but i might be wrong on that . this will tie your car together from the front lower control arm mounts to the rear mounts looks like a pretty solid system check it out!

If you plan on putting in a cage I'd go the extra step and do the SFCs too. Might give you something more solid to tie the cage into.

I would be interested in some "non obtrusive" ones. Hopefully Spohn will really consider those.

it's kind of easy to make "non obtrusive" frame connecters .this what i used, just got some 11/2"square stock thats 1/8" wall from local metal shop. it will fit behind the rocker . no cutting of the floor at all .i have them running from the front frame rail to the rear lower control arm mount . i welded it to the floor and the rocker .

Are you talking about behind the pinch weld at the bottom of the rocker arm? That's kinda what Ray and I did. Well a bit more invasive. Is that what your talking about?
