rear end for bonneville

Hello i am building a 76 vega for Bonneville with a 383 sbc is there any rear ends that are easy to install or modify that is better than the stock one ..i am not going to drag race so not to concerned with hard stars..Melvin

I think the stock rear would be fine. Like you said, you won't be making any hard starts. I can tell you I went through 5 different engines and 5 different transmissions in one Monza but the original rear was still in the car. 2 V6's, 3 V8's, a 4 speed, a 5 speed, and 3 TH350's. I didn't drag race (legally) and didn't have sticky tires but I wasn't easy on the car either.
