They also have a site d-mproducts.com looks like they would work well, just need to get in touch and see what tubing they are using.

I won't knock any upgrade for what it's worth, but give a read to this thread:

Do a lot of research and determine what will work for you.
I'm not sure if anyone here has tried those particular connectors yet.

I found the alston part on this page: http://www.cachassisworks.com/iwwidb.pv ... D?COMP=CAC

7111
SUBRAME CONNECTORS, VEGA, 71-81
Price $ 159.00
Made out of 2x3x.083" and 2x2x.083" wall mild steel tubing. Designed to be used with the stock floor and coil spring rear suspension. The weld-in design substantially reduces chassis flex and does not change the location of the rear suspension parts. Some modification to the rear-seat-foot-well floor pan may be necessary. Kit includes a pair of connectors and instructions.

looks pretty simple but cutting required

That $189.00 is a reasonable price for bolt-in sub-frame connectors.

I've got those in my 72, nice product. You have to cut rear floors and notch where front and rear of connectors land.
