I have came across a vega set up for a sbc and was thinking of dropping my bbc in it, it is a complete race car. any idea how hard it would be to put a bbc in it since its already set up for sbc?

Headers, motor mounts, remote oil filter and probably stronger front springs.
other things depend on what has been done to it already like:
if the motor was setback, heater removed, radiator moved forward into the core support ?

Not sure if engine was set back. Only know is it is strictly for racing and there is nothing under the hood. Since its set up for SBC can't I drop the bb right in? I thought I read somewhere they use the same mounts

the 3 hole mounts on the sides on the block are the same, but the Hooker type front mounts have different spacing
the big block is enough longer that the radiator needs to go in front of the core support.
heavier front springs and removal of the heater housing will be needed
