I run cut V8 Monza springs in my car. It only has a couple inches of upward travel before it hits the shortened stops, but it has always worked for me. I regularly cut 1.45 short times on a 26 x 8.5" M/T slick with Lakewood 90/10's.

Awsome car,,,
Does the car just drive away or does it carry the wheels a bit? and is it for sale???looking for a car this spring and it WILL be a vega and BLACK,,
Saturday is looking good for the last trip for the season,,the new slicks are mounted and ready to go,,will keep you all posted on new 60ft and 1/4 mile et,,WE WILL SET A NEW FASTEST TIME ON SATURDAY,,Changed secondaries to 84's were 80's,went from 9 inch hoosiers to 10 inch mickeys,will put in the 150hp jets for one run,if all goes well we should end the season with a bang,,
