Here is what I consider a very easy swap. Find a
TH350 Transmission in the junk yard and remove the
Tailshaft Housing. Have the "Lug" (where the Torque Arm
bolts on) cut off and welded (Heli Arc) onto the bottom
of the Muncie or Richmond/Warner Tailshaft Housing.
The only other modification required is the use of a
shorter Reverse Shift Rod due to a location change
between the two gearboxes...Robert
