I didn't do a lot of research on this, but my
first guess is that it would be some kind of a brown or
tan color based on the color codes I "do" know. For
instance, Camel Beige is #61, Camel Tan Met. is #63,
Saffron.Met is #67, and Dk.Camel Met is color #69. The "L" in
your code just means "lower" as in the lower half of
your body to denote a possible second two-tone color,
which Vegas did not have. Many times you'll see a paint
code, such as my red Monza, that says 75U 75L (for
Upper & Lower) colors. Hope this helps.
