I just cant motivate myself to continue this
project! The exhaust and starter are both in the way and
will have to be removed. The Muffler is bad. A ball
joint needs replacing,and only the drivers side door
opens to name a few.
I just dont know if all this
work is justafiable.

And parting out the car
is crossing my mind.
Bryan...want anything? Nice
red sunbird style (round back) seats. A good running
231 motor, can hear run, and the automatic? I paid 50
for the tranny.

Can anyone locate a 1988
toyota 4 runner carb that works ok? If so I'd be willing
to take that in trade....I could use the carb
towards a winter ride (an '88 4-runner that needs a
carb),so my green '76 dosent have to risk being ruined by
a slippery road accident or road salt.

Hey Marco
I might be interested in some things
in your Monza, I'd have to see what you've got in
there. The tranny might be an great idea, due to Bill's
idea being kind of pricey by he sounds of it. Possibly
the posi as well, mine doesn't have it. I want to get
down there anyways, to get the black carpeted foam
interior trunk panels and the spyder dashpad sticker as
well, and possibly other things you might be parting
out. This weekend is out, but one of the next 2 might
be possible. Let me know your sched and maybe we can
work something out.
