76Monza spyderv-8 transmission lines

I have A 1976 Monza Spyder I just installed A 302
with 400hp.I have also installed the orignal 350trans
(rebuilt)with A B&M shift kit,and A 2500 stall conveter.What is
the best way to run the transmission lines?And the
easy way.I want to use good products.Im running the
lines to the stock raduitor.Dose any one have the
lenith and the size of the fittings?The rad and the
trans are stock size.Thanks Chuck!

I might be able to get that info for you. My '77
Mirage is without engine, so getting at the tranny lines
is easy. I'll try to get to it in the next couple of
days. It's dark by the time I get home from work, so it
might be the weekend before I can do a good job for
you. I hope you can wait the few days.

Chuck, since your running A high Hp motor, I
would absolutely install a tranny cooler.
This will
allow slightly cooler coolant to pass through your
motor,which will be producing more heat.
Then you can run
the lines as you like.
Just take a tape measure
and mock up where you want to run the lines. I think
4 foot lengths should be plenty but its been a
while.

Chuck,

I took a look at my lines
yesterday. I'm not sure if they are as they should be, but
are about 3'6" lg. They have 1/4" tubing at the rad.
end that is bent at 90deg. I took a couple of
pictures, so if you want to see what I was looking at, let
me know and I'll email them to you.
