How is the removal of the TH350 for me coming
along? You had a chance to get it all pulled out yet?
Still no rush, just thought I'd ask! I picked up a
Holley dual plane intake manifold for a 4 bbl carb and
should receive it shortly. Still just collecting the
stuff I need.

Bryan, great find.
Its been so cold here, I
havent had the motivation or really the time to get out
to the garage. You can pick up your transmition
anytime though because I have the right tailshaft on
another tranny sitting in my garage,now that I have the
350,and the TH350 auto tranny out of My black '79.

I'm wondering what to do with the grey 1980.

it out? sell it whole? put the 350 in it and sell
it?
this car is straight,and not totally
rotted,but to look even decent it will need a windshiled,
dashboard and doorpanels,rust repair,and a better
drivetrain. the 231 ran on all cylinders,and was fast,but it
needs to be gone through.
The automatic tranny is
bad.
I'd let it go for cheap.
Anyhow, back to you
Bryan, Let me know whenever we can get together and you
can get this tranny. no rush at all, its tucked away
nicely in the garage.
Oh and hey ,if you get a
chance, when you take the 4spd tranny out of yours,could
you tell me what size the bolts are that connect the
shift levers to the tranny?

Hey Marco
Yeah, I'm happy with the Holley
intake and should receive it in a week or 2. I know the
tranny is ready to go, it was when I was there, but have
you been able to take out the shifter, the mounting
base and all the wires, lines etc. so I can basically
throw it in the car and drive away?
By the way, your
new website has a great new look, much better than
previous. Will be good to see it's construction.
