I know this is a monza mirage club, but i have
thought seriously about putting a 71-73 gt vega together,
what iam looking for is a race vega without motor and
trans.Preferably a race car, with a trick rearend, and cage etc..
that the owner does not want no longer,at a reasonable
price :).If anyone knows of one in washington, please
send me an e mail to kleenkars2000@yahoo.com, or leave
a post here thank you ! Karl

HI Karl. First about the hood. Checked the RCW's
and Yes the police can hassle you about it. It is in
chapter 46. series. Second. keep us posted on the air
dam. Third, I have missed the Monroe swap meet the
last two times but before that there was a monza all
set up for straight line racing with tubs. Seemed to
high at 1800 with absolutely no interior, and very
little else. As for busy, I don't need any thing else to
do this summer, cause I'm looking up to see the
bottom of my list. Life is good here on the dry side of
WA. FRED

HI FRED :) hows it going?...yes, the cops
definetely give me a bad time about it...this is
factual..hehehehe, and the air dam mold is created!! he brought over
the mold to my house yesterday afternoon.Iam really
thrilled about the great work he has done, without messing
up the original air dam.So, its factual, the mold is
almost perfected now! yahoooo!! And as far as the monza
at monroe, i have personally seen it :) it looks
nice, yet, iam looking to do a v8 vega to go along with
my mirage, I love my monza , but it needs a friend
in the garage another vega project would be great,
then i will hang it up.My girlfriend thinks iam nuts
already..lol...well, iam 34 years young, and will always have a hot
rod in my possesion :) And i know what you mean about
that list...my list is about as long as a roll of
toilet paper...Iam slowing down...gonna start a tow
truck biz or something...been working 7 days a week for
years now, and i rarely get to take the rv out on
trips....anyways, i have a couple of major goals...#1 goal is to
stop smoking cigarettes! yeck! I quit everyday!
lol..well, thanks for the post Fred , and have a great day
...yea, isnt the weather nice lately?..how sweeeeet it
is! your friend, Karl :)
