Ken,
I do not have the model number or name of
the company, but I will be in my storage area the
first week in October and if I remember I will get it
for you. I suggest you go to your local home depot or
similar store to see what they offer.
What I got on my
monza is very close to the original. I looked all over
as you may recall, going to swap meets all over
trying to find mirage parts. The only thing I could not
locate was the attaching strips for my last set of
mirage fender/spoiler kit. However, I decided to take an
alternate route and I came across the countertop moldings.
They are not perfect, but very similar. I think if you
looked you could find even something closer. I believe
they come in 6 foot lengths. I did use the countertop
plastic strips to secure my spyderzx1( mirage
clone)mirage fenders, they attach the same way as the
originals with pop rivets. In addition,I had a factory
mirage rear spoiler that was cracked and warped, so I
got a fiberglass spyder rear spoiler/centerpiece and
put it on the car and molded in a special curve to
make everything match.
