congrats to you Bob on your recent "in print" time you got
in the May 2000 issue of Car Craft. When I first saw
those web site features on the Readers Pages I thought
of you and "knew" you'd be a good candidate. Guess

Thanks Ken, right now I'm trying to convince a
dealership here in Clovis, New Mexico (Bender Chevrolet
800-530-8842 "Tell 'em Bob Gumm sent you") to sponsor my car
and allow me to sell GM Performance Parts online
through them. They are currently debating it. They've
already offered me a discount on parts, but I want to get
a deal I can pass along to the public and not just
for myself. So far it looks like I can get GM
Performance parts cheaper than anyone else online sells them
for. So keep your fingers crossed, I may be selling
Chevy aluminum "Fast-Burn" heads for a price too good
to miss.

Hmmm..... interestingly enough, alum heads are the last piece to my engine I'm still looking for. I'd sure be interested to hear prices when/if you can...

My fingers are definetly crossed. Hope to
hear
more about discounted GM parts, especially
those
fast burn heads. I've been wanting those for
my
Monza for some time but my wallet keeps laughing
at
me. I'll have to check out that Car Craft
issue.
