FAQ - big update

After a couple of weeks of catch-up, I have
posted a big update to the FAQ:

I've been sitting on some info since the end of April,
so there is a little over four months of new info
(new stuff is in a green font).

Also look at
the contributor list. I'm trying to make sure
everyone gets credit for stuff they've written that made
its way into the FAQ.
