....To keep the torque arm setup, you'll need to
fabricate a mount for the arm. There's plenty of
posibilities to atcach the mount. Old Cougars used to have a
plate mounted in the front of the rear. That one could
be modified to accept the torque arm.

i have a 9" Ford installed in my 1977 Monza.I've
used the stock rear suspension like you want.For a
torque arm I installed a drive shaft loop and made a
mount for the front of the torque arm. The arm is made
from round tubing and looks like a ladder bar used on
drag cars but it is longer.I welded mounts on the rear
housing to attach the arm to.I have 15x7 Welds and 235x60
B.F. Goodrich Drag Radial TA's.

suspension and the car so you can get a better idea. Maybe
Sunday tomorrow is busy day as I have a
