1979 Skyhawk 5-speed--what trans IS this

The shift pattern is wierd:

Is this an OD trans? The car is revving high (3000
at 75MPH) on the highway, so I don't think it is. Is
this a good trans? What oil does it use? Who makes it?
It may have been dealer-installed, but colud've been
factory. Thanks!
