it was the plate in the body that broke someone
said it was bad shocks that caused it but i dont know
it was riding real stiff then it whent clunk and
broke the body i also heard the newer camaro 7.5
carriers will fit the rearend do you know of this ? and
what do you recomend im going to use the s10 front
spindles i think but of course its all waitin for me to
park it and get to work i have my new fuel cell and
comp 140 pump 1/2 in line that will cure my fuel
starvation problem so i need to figure out the rear and
subframe to get started i dont want to put it in and have
to take it out due to rearend work rather have all
the ideas then do it in order bye the way im putting
a triangle engeneerin 20gal aluminum cell it will
fit if i remove the third frame brace in the rear
thats the middle one going forward and aft.

hey the fuel cell in the trunk floor works
perfect i have used a 10 gal and works good with no flex
but i recommend you use 1/8 x 4" weld plate (loal
farm stores sell it like Big Blue) go around thr
perimiter of your hole and when you finish cutting do not
cut spot welds for outside frame rails just use big
hammer and convince them to bend down then fit tank but
i made a frame for mine then welded it in and it
works great and you cn still put in a cage w/rear angle
braces.
As for camaro stuff I just cut down a set of s/10
springs to make trailing armsused old axle cups cut off
and rewelded or competition eng spring cups set
pinion angle 2.5 to 4 deg down open up holes in control
arm front holes to fit s/10 spring bolts and hook up
bake lines(oh yeah some 2wd s/10's have 8.5 center
sec. look for tapered tubes and only in 89 up 4.3
trucks)i placed a plate on back of s/10 spring plate
welded an open piece of square tubing at an angle set my
shocks at near same angle and bolt/weld it
together.
mines been running 50+ miles a day since 2 wks before
christmas (wow i love the axle wrap that plants the tires
)oh yeah a set of 15x8.5 outlaw2's with 275/60s will
fit and they have 3 5/8 back space oh yeah get bob
gumms adapters and add s 10 front spindle and if used
on 75 down cars up grade to 76 up prop valve and
master cyl(very much better but may have need for adj
valve to decrease rear pressure ie i dont have my
spindles changed and s 10 wheel cyl are smidge too
big?maybe camaro wheel cyl ,,huh gonna have to look) good
luck aks me if ya need any help.
