The Hooker 2135's fit with stock mounts and power
accesories, they fit very well and that is what I am using,
Sanderson also makes a shorty type header that has received
some very positive results from other members of the

I strongly encourage anyone who wishes to use
headers on a factory Hbody to use Sanderson Street Rod
headers. I have a set on my 78 350 horse Monza and love
them. The collectors exit even with the oil pan rail.
This is a huge benefit since Hbody's sit so low they
are prone to bottoming. I love my Sandersons. They
also have a super thick head side flange. They never
leak. For $219 you get the best header I've seen for
the Hbody.
