Just found this club on the net wanted to say
hello to everyone.I just purchased my 75 sedan for 200
just finished putting my 334 SBC and 700r4 in her and
she's going to the shop this weekend for the Sub-Frame
connecters and crossmember. Could use some tips on the
Suspension and brake system, cause I'm not sure what to
do.

welcome to the club. i have a 77 hatchback with a
334 also. i thought i was the only one in the club
with one. tell me how you did it and i'll tell you how
i did mine.

Started with a 79 305 Block added the 400
crank,Eagle Sir 5.7 bushed rods, KB186 pistons, Comp Extreme
energy cam 224/230 dur @ 50. found a set of "041" 1.94
1.50 heads. She sounds really good just haven't had a
chance to get her on the street yet. Getting closer
everyday. Hope to see what she does at 6G on the tach by
January. Only 1 prob so far, my Holley 750 is a lil bit
too big. Going to get an Edelbrock 600 as soon as I
pick the money tree again. What are you running in
your 334?

IT BORED .40 OVER WITH .40 OVER PISTONS, 350 CRANK
AND 400C.I. CHEVY RODS. CHEVY 305 HEADS #443 HEAD
WITH 1.94 INT. & 1.60 EX. VALVES. COMPLETE COMP. CAMS
280 MAGNUM CAM KIT, 400 BALANCER, EDELBROCK PERFORMER
RPM INTAKE AND HOLLEY 750,G.M. HEI DISTRIBUTOR WITH
ACCEL WIRES, COIL & MODUAL. BEHIND THIS I HAVE A TURBO
350 TRANS. WITH B&M TORQUE CONVERTER AND SHIFT KIT. I
DID HAVE A COOLING PROBLEM SO I TOOK OUT RHE SHITTY 3
ROW G.M. RADIATOR AND PUT IN A GRIFFEN 2 ROW WITH
EXTERNAL TRANNY COOLER AND IT BARE SEES THE HIGH SIDE OF
175. MY NEXT PROJECT IS EITHER THE REAREND OR
INTERIOR. GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR MACHINE.

Never heard about that engine combo before. I'm
planning on getting my head work done once I get my new
intake going to bring the exhaust up to 1.60 and have
them do the whole pocket porting thing. The funny
thing about my 334 is the fact that I have .015 more
bore than stroke 3.765"x 3.75" only thing that I'm
wondering about my engine is my cam it's suppose to be good
from 1600-5800rpm but she don't clear up till around
2200. As far as cooling goes I don't know how she's
going to do yet cause she's still in the test and tune
stage. Hopefully by spring she'll be road worthy.
