I have just put my 355 into a 75.This motor
pulled a 8.41 1/8 mile in a complete interior 83
Z-28.The Z had 3.23 gears.I am worried this motor will rip
this car in half.See I also have a 350 turbo with a
4000 stall. We blew the stock rearend out about 10ft of
the start line at our local strip. Then I started to
worry about frame.I installed the motor with hooker
headers with the kit that come with it.So I was wondering
how far is to far before adding chassis upgrades.I
have no idea how fast i will go now but that first
10ft felt awesome.I coasted to the end and still ran a
12.94 1/8.:-)

You are in serious jeopardy of twisting the body on your car. Better do some chassis upgrades sooner rather than later.
