Just your first one, i recall getting these when i put a couple items up for sale months ago. The ads are only good for soo long before you need to renew them, which I see you've already done. Don't worry, it isn't spam!

Short story, for the longest time, site couldn't send email and I didn't know. I fixed it and now people should be getting emails from the site--when you subscribe to a thread, when you get a PM, when you can renew your ad, when you register, etc. If you're getting too many, most types of them you have to ask for in the first place (like when you post a message or an ad) or can you turn off in your profile (like PM notifications).
