This is a recurring problem where somehow the entry for your personal date format is "english" when it should be a special string. The software tries to interpret "english" as a special string (letter e, s=seconds, h=hours, etc) and you get the nonsense you posted. I can't tell if people are changing them on accident or if it's the software. I'll fix yours.

If anyone has this problem in the future, first, go to your profile and set your date format to:

D M d, Y g:i a

that should fix it.
