This is a recurring problem where somehow the entry for your personal date format is "english" when it should be a special string. The software tries to interpret "english" as a special string (letter e, s=seconds, h=hours, etc) and you get the nonsense you posted. I can't tell if people are changing them on accident or if it's the software. I'll fix yours.
