would you give me a measurement from under the scoop to a straight edge across the fenders? I like that hood but have a tunnet ram and 2-4's. They dont stick out crazy high so might clear that hood
a true hot rodder wouldn't be content until he had created a car so violent, so hairy, so totally sick, that the very act of pressing the throttle, would result in instant death

I wasn't that happy with mine. If you're ok with the hood not lining up to fenders/header panel, you might be happy with this hood.
But be warned, if you are expecting nice show quality lines, don't expect to bolt this on and be satisfied.
I ended up grafting the L-88 glass feature part of the hood on a stock metal hood. This provided for a VERY nice finished product because it had nice factory fit/finish/gapping and the L-88 feature in the middle. I cut a nice big circle in the steel hood to make functional use of the added L88 clearance and for engine heat venting.
I would also recommend strengthening the center/rear most bridge areas both top & bottom. The glass was VERY thin/weak in these areas, in fact, it was cracked when it arrived. I added braces on bottom to support latch loop to and the top to provide much needed rigidity that it needed.

That's my 2 cents...
