Resource Limit is reached

Hi, What is with this Resource Limit is Reached thing happening on the site? I don't know if anyone else is having the same issue, but if I can even get logged in, I get that message and can not get anywhere. I had to try to log in 3 times before getting in. Then when in I pressed one key to look at say projects and received the same message. Hit the back arrow , tried again to get here to log my question. Have we been hacked? I also noticed my car just a couple weeks ago had the most views, which to me was incredible to begin with but just 2 days later I was 2nd by 13,000 plus views then a day later tonight another car is in a tie. Those things have also led to my question on hacking.
