I'm amazed at all the cars in Europe. Seems odd that only one Aussie is on there. I often wonder how they ended up across the oceans.

Where were h-bodys sold? North America only?

My best friend was stationed in Germany a couple years after High School.... ('86-ish). His car was basically given to him by the previous owner, who was coming home. A Monza.
Seems that some of the Servicemen shipped their cars over but after their stint was up, they didn't want to pay to ship them back. Sell........ usually very cheap to a new fella that just got in country. Kinda helping each other out.... and so forth and on and on.

I've also heard of them shipping Vegas over and swapping in Opel engines(early Vegas had Opel trannys) that were significantly more powerful than the 140.

There's a lot of H-bodies in Swiss.
Mine was imported by "General Motors Suisse" at Bienne. There was a factory for the Opel there.
