its back!! my screen goes black when i click on a topic

This has happened before.When I click on a topic my screen goes black but I can still barely make out the topic. If I click it several times then it clears up. It just started again about two days ago and is still f...ing with me. I cant rember when,but someone on here had a fix for this problem.Can anyone help out with this problem?

look at the top bar for a button with an icon like a torn sheet of pape. click it, it is the compatibility mode button

Update on black screen : I found out that using IE was causing the BS. I switched to Firefox and the BS is no longer present,and the screen is much clearer and quicker to use. WTF?

It's a compatibility mode issue with Internet Explorer. Switching to Safari or Chrome should fix it. I need to upgrade the board software. We're a few versions behind now. :/

I just download Firefox 25.0.1 (newest) and everything works fine .
