Well Jest Picked her up and loaded her up on the borrowed 16' trailer, just fit whew!!!! She fires right up and runs strong, just like I figured it had the D-port #66 heads, so big Valves, screw in studs and 8.2 CR should be the 335HP version. Passenger side exhaust manifold is shot, as are all the pipes, just as the seller described it.
It has a bit more rust than described, but a good solid northern car. Unfortunatly there are enough dings and scrapes that I think it is going to need a complete respray. It does have new tires, but the shocks, and belts look original, and it looks like the hoses were replaced once before a lot of our board members were born.
So besides all the Fluids, belts and hoses, it has a lot of little things wrong, the wipers, blower motor, rear defogger, gas gauge, and the rt turn signals are inop. I think I am going to order the Reproduction Ram Air exhaust manifolds for it. And a complete Stainless dual system, will have to do some research on that.
My wife convinced me to make a weekend of it, so I will not be able to post any good shots until next week. But the interior is in very nice shape, 1 small tear on the back seat, and the rear carpeting is pretty worn, other than that just the normal sun fading on the upper door panels.
The rear package tray is pretty bad, and it looks like the car did not have a roof light (but not sure on that) but it did have a couple of flashers bolted to the rear package tray. Not Radio or speakers.
All in All not much worse than I was expecting. Still Happy.
