Buddy and I drove down to Indy last Friday afternoon and camped on the grounds for three nights. What an awesome weekend!

Twenty seven years since my last visit to the Nats. The show has improved greatly and the television production is pretty slick. I must be getting old as no ear plugs were required and they now make 10000 HP   8) 8) 8)

MMMMMM...NItro...burnouts to the 8th mile...louder than a f18 in afterburner....3or 4 sec runs...cold beer....hot girls in shorts and tank tops.....watchin engine changes in the pits....pro stockers....promods.... crazy golf carts...hot girls in shorts and tank tops (especially the drunk ones!!)....hot dogs....cold beer...mile long lines to the portapoties...using one that's full...missing your favorite driver/car making a run while in the portapotie while holding a beer in one hand and the small brain in the other....sunburn on one side of your face....inhale the smoke and nitro fumes from a 8th mile burnout....yeah, that's a good day!!!
