Gas Less than A dollar a LITRE!

Postby Sunula66 » Tue Oct 28, 2014 9:48 am

WOWZERZ!!!! GAS is LESS than a DOLLAR a Litre in Alberta...in Edmonton right now, it's 96 cents a litre at Costco!!! ...unreal, most places are 98 or 97 cents a litre, around 4 bucks a gallon and will stay this way for a few months! The trend will stay low as prices of crude fell this month and fuel producers are using up lower end crude locally produced and the country average should ease off during this time...in the US prices will drop as well!!! great news, ......now if we all could use our minds to delay winter, I'm sure a few of us would get our cars back out and burn up a bit! ..well, gotta run, gonna fill every can and tank I can get my hands on :th:

Doug,
The weather has been unusually mild here so I've gotten the car out of storage three times now and probably used up most of the Sta-bil by now  so the cost of the "cheap" gas probably didn't pan out so well did it   ...oh well, the smell of Coopers being bar-b-qued was worth it I suppose :burn:
...car tucked safely away now , it snowed about an hour from here yesterday!...at last check, gas still really low but you win in P.R. :th:

Up 2 cents from my last post............maybe another 4 cents more to help fund the broke DOT soon also.

I was hoping it was going lower as my 92 JBird sips it and my 90 Silverado guzzles it.

Still its way cheaper than I ever thought was possible these days.

Last week in South Central VA, it was all down in the low $2.70's a gallon range... I think I even saw one place a at $2.56!!!! :th:  :D
Up here in Rhode Island we are looking at about $3.09 a gallon on average. Now if this down trend keeps up... Maybe the economy can start to get its head out of its behind....

So far so good :th:
Hope everyone is gettin' by with these nice fuel prices...my big concern up here in Alberta is that the price of oil tanks and i'm forced in to less work and it's gonna be a tough winter for us up here...so start using more oil folks....got to pay for that new tail panel for my Bird! kidding of course!
Hopefully this down trend makes more sense for that Key Stone pipeline to move forward and puts more ppl on the employment list for the U.S.of A. c'mon Obama, get with it! The Electric Cars are a comin' but not here yet and they're 80 grand!!!
buy storage tanks for gas reserves for your H's cuz gas will be high again soon folks!!!
