I had that Monza kit I think. If I remember correctly, u can leave the mirage panels off so it looks like a 2+2.

I've seen that before and I believe that is the release year of the kit, as the model is a '75 dash with the '76/'77 floor IIRC. I know I've had mine since the mid/early eighties. I am just glad to see some interest in our cars even if it is just in model kits being re-released! I am guessing they feel it will be popular as you did see the price, OUCH $55.00 high end interest or is that the going price for a kit these days? Harry

When I was young, I think model kits were ten or fifteen dollars. I have no idea what they cost these days but I don't have a problem paying 55$ for this one. I'm going to paint it red.

the only h body kits presently being repopped are the voomer vega and the revell jungle jim vega funny car, all the other h body kits youll see are all original releases.an original mpc 73 vega customizing kit goes for between 75 to 150 us, grumpys vega pro stock go as high as 200 us or maybe more if its a mint sealed kit in perfect condition. monza kits ive paid as low as 35 us for the 75 monza anual kit and seen them go as high as 80 us so its all over the map just depending on how two bidders want a kit . i saw a built model of a 74 ford country estate wagon SELL for 1570.00! ya youre reading it right, one thousand five hundred seventy dollars U.S.! bidding wars are a wonderfull thing for some of these sellers lol! p.s. harry you know what kit has the later dash, i showed you lol!

So I bought a kit from 81 then for 55$, not bad. Thanx. Seems odd that the tail lights are not installed in the box picture.

Like the nomad kit too! The air breather and a/c bracket I'm using on my monza came from a 91 caprice classic I owned. It was a great car but sooo much glass we used to call them upside down fish bowls. Looks much better 57'd! :th:

Wow! That'd be a bit pricey at 92 CAD

"1/25 Scale-FS BOX" Does FS mean fully sealed?
