Zeke,
funny thing about that picture....all those workers and only one visible shovel...the old saying is ," how many guys does it take to hold up that shovel?".....
....the reason I'm not ever allowed to stop in Michigan is because,
One winter up in the U.P. (upper peninsula) I was stuck in the snow after delivering a piece of heavy equipment to a highway construction area. I used my shovel and accidently left it behind...standing up by itself...unassisted
.....
In a letter thanking me for my timely delivery as they were unable to repair the ancient equipment they were using, a small notation was at the bottom, hand written by the "Road Crew Boss "said that the shovel was identified to have been left behind by me.....in the body of the letter, The D.O.T. issued a warning to me and it read, please be cautious of your well being when visiting our construction zones, do not exit your vehicle , even if you break down!
...
geez, I thought I did them a favor and figured another shovel might get the job done quicker
"remember... not everything is good on TOAST!"
