Hello all!

Postby Cosworth1735 » Thu Oct 22, 2015 10:37 pm

Hey everyone, I just wanted to introduce myself. I'm Scott, I recently purchased my first h-body. 76 cosworth vega. She's a little rough, and neglected, but with a little determination, and TLC I hope to have her back to all her glory. I am a gluten for punishment, as I have several other projects, that are rare as chicken teeth, 78 Seville, 81 RX7, a pair of yamaha xs11s 78 & 79, and an 83 yamaha xj650 seca turbo... all in various stages of restoration, or modification. Nice to meet all of you, and I hope to be as big of a help to all of you, as you will be to me.

Welcome! I had an '83 Yamaha Midnight Maxim 750. You cracked open my memories of it with your Seca!

Welcome Cosworth owners to the h-body forum, lots of friendly, helpful people here. Also look into the Cosworth Facebook page, it's a closed membership to keep out spammers, just ask to join. It may take 2-3 days to hear from Chris and you can email him at Cswrth1@aol.com

There is also a Yahoo group at https://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/cos ... s/messages with a lot of Cosworth info although it is not very active today.

Welcome! It looks pretty solid if rough, and while I can't help with the Cosworth part of the car I will be happy to help all I can with the more common Vega issues. Dick will be more than happy to cover the CV specific issues I am sure!!!!!
