Welcome to the board SkyHawk! You and your bird of prey [SkyHawk] make a nice addition to the H-Body family! Your Car looks really GOOD that is for sure. I have question though, I have noticed that all the European cars have added reflectors to the rear of the cars, is that an European code thing for "Classic" or American cars? Or is that just for self/car preservation? Harry

Well, I asked this question because a person had told me that she was very rare and when this person said this, another said it was wrong and there was a lot of it.
Thanks again :thumb:

Well I do not know how many Survive, but supposedly there were only 29,448 Skyhawks made in 1975, If you use a conservative estimate of 10% survival rate (and I doubt 10% of the 1975 to 1980 Buick Skyhawks Survived) that would be less than 3000 still remain world wide. So it was always a rare car.

This is from 2013 in the state of Indiana. Only registered Skyhawks and I'm sure there are some just sitting in garages (like one of mine). License Branch response bleow.

Brian

thanks Brian, considering that this is the worldwide website for these vehicles and we have only a handful of members presenting this vehicle then they must be fairly rare i would think no? now perhaps a couple hundred worldwide maybe .. ?

Maybe, there were so many more Chevy H bodies made and only 30 showed in Indiana registered for 2013. Only 2 of those 30 were 1975 models. We are a dying breed :D I'll hang on as long as I can!
