Can anyone tell me where I can get plug wires for a cosworth vega, or if any other cars wires will also fit a cosworth?

The problem in finding wires for a Cosworth is getting the hard spacers for the plug end, since this is an engine that the spark plug is down in the cylinder head a ways. If your spacers are in good shape, you can use any 7mm plug wire set that you put the ends on yourself, like Taylor.

Would a set from an old HEMI work? Just an idea, don't know for sure. Yes you'd have 4 extra but use them for back up or your next set.

Thats what I was thinking. They look roughly the same length.

A little off the subject, but:

I just read in an issue of hemmings that a set of NOS spark plug wires for a '69 429 Cobra Jet restoration cost $5,000! Yikes!

The closest I have found so far is the wires off of a 1996 sohc neon but the wires are too short so I am going to see if taylor can make longer wires to put on the boots.
