Charles, www.myjeeprocks.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1700 There are more links in the post.

There are all kinds of hookups that people are using :automatic , timed, and manual.

You can use 2 relays or a high load solenoid like from a winch or golfcart for your high speed , for low speed, just a fuse or fusible link.

My fan has : Blue ( High - Speed) , Orange + Black Striped (Low - Speed ) , and Black ( Ground )

I found an 88 Olds 88 that had a really nice trio of Bosch relays at the boneyard, mounted on a steel bracket. I mounted this to my fenderwell, and used one relay for the low speed, and two relays for the high speed. Now I can buy a replacement at any parts store, and it looks clean, with a plug in harness!
