Postby AusRs » Fri Oct 12, 2007 10:51 pm

undid the booster ,removed the 2 nuts that appear to hold it in place
it looks to me like it should be split in 2 as there is no way either side will push through the firewall :(
i need help on this one :)

It should unplug, most of these fuse boxes have a screw or two holding them together, are those the ones you removed?

There's a 3/8" (about 10mm) bolt that you have to remove from the engine side of the harness. It's right in the center. When you do that, remove the harnesses by wiggling them off.

It's gooey and messy because of all the black electrical junk GM used to keep water out of the plugs. It's almost like a non-hardening tar.
'72 Vega with '93 Camaro LT1/M29 T56/12 bolt 3.31. 16" IROCs all around. Sanderson headers into duals with an H-pipe and Flowmasters. It's loud but at least it's faster than your grandma's Buick. pwned.
