What application do i use to order a GM mini starter?

That's a good price on ebay but if you want to get one local (for warrenty reasons) you can get them at any part store. They came stock on many 90's/newer RWD GM V6 and V8. Just ask the parts man for a GM gear reduction starter. If he can't go pull one off the shelf ask for someone with experience. You'll tell them apart from the old style starter because the 2 bolts holding it together will be external and the old ones are internal.

Make sure to get one to match your present flywheel teeth count. (153 or 168)

Can i tell which [153 or 168] flywheel i have by current starter? It's a turbo 350, year unknown.

All H's use the small flywheel, 153 tooth. You can tell the difference between starters by the bolt pattern. 153 are straight across and 168 are staggered.
