under dashy harness change

will a complete under dash harness from a 75 vega work in an earlier vega(71-73) thanks chevy art

i would say yes and no , there is some differences in the wiring between them , so something would need to be changed around
first and best car owned 72 GT(changed to SS) panel wagon

thanks 72 ss my buddy has the 73 vega and there is a 75 harness on e-bay, but its probably not worth messing around with a later one and not know where alll the wires go. he has access to an early one, but we need to go get it out. thats what we will do. no shortcuts thanks again chevy art

I'm sure it will fit under there, don't know if it will plug into anything. Just grab the wires and shove them up under there real hard, they should fit. :lol: Sorry, guess that's not what you really want to know.

i know for sure the gt dash had wiring changes as the idiot lights changed , plus they went from having the low coolant light in the add-on under the dash to being 1 of the idiot lights with the rest of them , also the fasten seat belts

think id grab the early harness over getting the 75 , though both might be worth having
