I already flipped thru the wiring diagrams and just cant seem to trace where i need to tap into my dimmer for my autometer phantom set. Does anyone have any advice or pics? Thanks

best place is off the head light switch , the fuse in the fuse box , or off 1 of the existing dash light sockets

There should most definitely be a terminal on the fuse block to run a blade connector to, maybe called "ILL", or "LIGHTS"? There should be at least a "BAT", "ACC", and "RUN"... the lights should be a 4th terminal, which will be tied in with the dimmer switch.

I'm 95% sure I have the gauges in my Astre lit off that terminal as I don't recall doing any wire cutting/splicing on the OEM wiring itself.
