It's an old-school three wire generic relay; often found in fog light kits from the 80's. L-lights(or load), B-battery, S-switch. The metal body of the relay needs to be screwed to metal so it can ground itself. I can only guess as to it's original purpose. Look for signs that something had previously bolted under the front bumper.....
