tachometer identification

Hi, I need some help identifying an h-body tach i picked up at a swap meet. This is a nos piece with the box. Box is marked 9.750 5658706 76h. w/gauges.
The back of the face is marked 4-6-8 cyl 5858706 9165 I know that the monza tachs can be used on all three motors by changing the connection for the resistors on the back of the tach. The tach dose not appear to have been installed and considering the box, I believe it is an nos piece. Any idea as to value?

The 5658706 is the serial (see my list) .
The 76 is the year .

Peter, Thanks fro the reply. The pictures in your link are great, especially the location of the jumpers. Now I need to figure out what it is worth. I am going to the Charlotte Auto Fair next week and may carry this with me.
