78 Starfire; You can try a temporary ground bypass from battery negative to the blower motor to see if your ground is open circuited.

i had the same problem - it was the 3 pin connector under the dash. It's weird because the connector plugging into it only has one wire, - but that is the power wire :bang:

High speed fan operation doesn't use the resistor pack. The switch feeds power to the high speed relay and the relay puts straight battery power to the blower mtr.
