hooker 12608 kit
Posted: Tue May 17, 2016 9:27 pmI bought a hooker kit through jegs and the height is all wrong than it shows in their instuctions,,supposed to have like an inch spacer in between the frame mount and engine mount ,I'm gonna have to make up like 2 and 3/8 of an inch from the frame mounts to the engine plate.I e-mailed them about the problem and have not heard anything back yet,this is why I wanted to get the hooker kit instead of the trans dapt kit,cause I didn't want problems,now I'll have to re-engineer my hooker kit anyways what a serious downer 
I think these people who supply parts to us car lovers should put a car or two together themselves and use their own great fitting parts of course,see how long it takes before they see how not fun this hobby can be when supplied with garbage.my old plate which was a hooker kit from 1977 is right on the money so I don't know what has happened at hooker in 2016 but it is obviously not good,,,,,GET IT TOGETHER .
