Or I can take the T/A for a wicked road trip.


I dunno. I know it is an H-body meet, but plan B just is so appealing. Plus I don't have to pay for hauling 10 mpg.

Depends on how they set up the races. I can probably be there, but it would be late. If I can get an earlier flight out of Anchorage, I might be there Saturday morning. Still hoping to bring two cars if I make it!

If you didn't know I broke my wrist bad and had surgery in jan. It makes it really hard to type with a wrist guard on. I hit it again today so the guard is back on hence all the mispelleds

The H-body thing doesn't get any bigger without new people showing up, yea its still small, but it has grown and everyone who has made the trip...comes back next year

Man I don't know. It would be myself going, so 15 hours is going to be a tough trip being that the furthest I've been out of town has been to the New Mexico, or CA border. Borrowing a truck and trailer is only going to make the trip that much slower. Even with the T/A, that's 5 tanks of gas!

I wasn't sure if I wanted to make the long haul to California... and that's only 5 hours and 340 miles!


Why do all you h-body guys have to be so far East!!! Every other car I know of is practically based out of CA. Not you guys though!

v8astregt I wish I could say it would be worth the drive, but I can't and I won't blow smoke up your tail pipe. Hopefully when enough people actually start showing up I can pull on some of my friends to cover the event. I'm not going to say its the bee's knee's, but it is a really good time and alot of really good food. I can't remenber anyone ever leaving with a sour apple stuck in thier @@#!#%^%.

The track was just resurfaced Hutch had the track leveled out and a new asphalt surface layed down. From what I hear the track is smoother then it has ever been and biting like a texas rattle

thats from the Texas Prostock Association and if thier happy about the track so am I
I heard rumors of a couple 4.80's passes being made

I wish I was fully ready then Floyd would make the trip to run a match race. Maybe I can talk him into making the trip
