Nice! Thanks for putting them on. That Camaro with 57/59 additions is really weird though!

Hey guys, the "789", I know it looks like a Camaro or maybe even a Corvette, and is probably based on one of them, but check this out:

http://blog.sellsiusrealestate.com/mark ... 009/02/21/

It is supposed to be the front end of a '57, mid section and interior of a '58, and the tail section of a '59.

N2A makes/made them. N2A= No 2 Alike

Looked it up a little farther from your link, 789 is based of a C6 Corvette. Check out there Anteros and Stinger also, pretty cool.

yep it is corvette based same person also had a late seventys el camino with a early fiftys studebaker front on it not sure i got a shot of it.photos were taken on the friday before show days cause on saturday and sunday the esplanade and nearby goodwin park are closed off to traffic to let the public view the cars it is that crowded you can hardly walk let alone take any photos about 1500 cars entered.next year it is moving down the coast to Port Macquarie after about 20 years on the gold coast but a alternative festival has been organized by local business ,car enthusiasts might have something to do with the 25 million it brings to the area any way time will tell here some more pics.ian qld monza.

cause we are up side down or a hangover from our colonial past ha ha.i think most of our hot rod /street rods are heavily influenced by american trends only aussie specific shot i have is the photo of a orange 37 chev ute and not a hotrod but an aussie classic a 58 FC holden station wagon pro street style.i will have a look through my picture folders for some more aussie style rods.ian

Well, I guess i must be too old. I like the early Vettes. Would like to get an early one and convert it to this prototype. Looks kind of a large triumph spitfire.
