on sunday at the old lakeside international raceway now catering for car clubs and club racing was held thanksgiving to U.S.origin cars here are some photos.

my pleasure thought you might like to see where some of your great classic cars are dissapearing too.there over here! there roughly was about 600 cars on the day a lot of mustangs new and old and corvettes from 1959 to 2010 they seem to be everywhere over here.glad you enjoyed the pictures.Marco was that James Reyne who sang about Lakeside.see ya ian.

I grew up in North Dakota which is practically Canada as far as some people are concerned. Listening to Rush was practically mandatory. So yeah, as soon as I read the thread title that was the first thing that popped into my head. :)
Then came the churches, then came the schools

Then came the trains and the trucks with their loads
And the dirty old track was the Telegraph Road.

over here Australian Crawl had a song called( Lakeside) in the eighties.probably on youtube somewhere
