V8 Supercars

figure i have been very lazy with my car ...so many other things get in the way at times
this weekend the v8 supercars are running their last meeting of the year in Sydney

there is going to be a rather large display of cars at this race meeting of which mine will be one of ,i guess over the 3 days it will be on there will be around 120000 people walking around looking at these cars
will get some pictures as with the display comes a 3 day pass with tickets to guns and roses concert

will post up pics as soon as i get some
leaving at 0800 hours thursday morning

cars are in the dome ,i doubt they will have any cameras around the cars on show ,although it would be a nice thought

Love the down under V8 supercars. I'd rather watch that than any other type of racing on TV.

Also love that candy apple red Impala......

I'm also a fan of Eric Bana's "Love the Beast".

I'm contemplating selling the '60 VW to facilitate the purchase of an '06 GTO (not what you Aussies call it). I haven't quite warmed up to the body style, but it's growing on me enough that I'm probably gonna get one soon.

Love the V8 Supercars.... great racing. Watched one a few weeks ago... it was in the rain. Good stuff.
