I'm game, sounds like a great idea, we have plenty of parking (and I promise I won't drag up #30 with the bird). I'm sure Fred will chime in shortly with a thought or 2. I offered free storage of his Astre at my place (of course I would have to use it occasionally, just to keep the fluids fresh and the rubber rotated) so he can fly in, Ron can get him at the airport and I'll have his car waiting for him down the road so he can get in and 'drive' a half mile to the MonzaQue next year. He was ... less than enthusiastic about the idea. Go figure!

Reid- If you're coming to Nova Scotia next year, I guess I'll have to have a "Vegaque East" for you and anyone else who makes the trip. I wonder how many H-body fans/forum members I can dig up?
The "fleet"-

77 Vega Estate wagon- project(someday)will have TPI305/T-5, S-10 spindles/axles
76 Vega GT- 400/4spd/9" retired from active duty(rusty)
06 Silverado 2WD ex.cab daily
03 Silverado 2WD ex.cab (retired)
06 Haulin' 20ft enclosed car transporter

spencer you can count me in as ill probably be either in kentville or bridgewater once we get settled. reid wants to make it down for a holiday and ron might show up if he is lucky and gets a load at the right time. maybe even mark from vermont might be able to make it if things are going ok for him. also ill see if the guy in kentville still has his vega and might be interested and i heard of a vega wagon just outside kentville(toward kingston) who may be into it if he finds out. ill also talk to my buddy dave in bridgewater who has had several vegas over the years he will probably come as well! he also knows a couple guys that have his old vegas and may or may not be interested, we will see! funny reid, ron and i were talking about getting in touch with you and trying to set something up while we were at the monzaque this weekend :th: 8) see ya soon! edit here is a pic of the vega in kentville, and a pic of something a nova scotia gathering should have in the food offerings, i already have the pot and propane burner ready to go!

As usual I thoroughly enjoyed Bryan and Michelle's hospitality. It is always a pleasure to see familiar faces and meet new ones. :th:
I'm already looking forward to next year's  and if I had A/C I would have to think about paying Fred and Spencer a visit. (You would have to give me lessons on how to eat that big ugly red thing.)

Hi all,
First i want to send a BIG thankyou to Bryan and Michelle for hosting the MonzaQue. It was great to meet new people and make some new friends.
I've gotten even more energized to get my vega back on the road where she belongs. Thanks again, and i'm already looking forward to the next gathering.

id also like to thank bryan and michelle for hosting the monzaque it was great as always! :th: bryan your offer of storage for the astre was appreciated but i plan to cruise n.s. with it and get some shots for the next h body calender if one is made, besides i cant be away from my baby that long lol! it was great to see everyone at the que and meeting reid, nick and finally meeting marco just made it all the better! i dont think there is a better group of people with a common interest anywhere! hopefully purple spyder is ok and not stranded with a breakdown somewhere in northern ontario. ron, harry and i cruised together till i exited the 401 at kingston rd ,we hit rain west of the 115 and it didnt stop till after i was home and unloaded the car, hopefully they drove out of it before too long after i split from them. hope you all enjoy the pics i posted it was quite a marathon to get them all resized and uploaded but maybe they will inspire some more new faces to come to the que next year! best of luck to everyone and see ya next time i can get there, all the best! :th:
