I've said I'm coming in the past but this time it should happen, with the a/c on! If for some un-forseen reason the car isn't ready, the Regal will have to do. 8) I must see more live H's!

Once again on a weekend I'm working! It's not like I have 6 1/2 months to switch that weekend.....

I'll try and make it up, would be nice to see more than one vega in the same place at the same time. If I can manage to have A/C by then the girlfriend might even come.

Phill

Come hell or high water, I'm going to be there this year! My current contract is coming to a close, so I'm not sure how my new employment/contract will fit this in once August rolls around, but I don't care. They'll just have to deal with me being gone. I might even try to get my Spyder back on the road again... the motor has been out for years, and I just picked it back up and have it here with me. The plan was to tear it down once I get my new garage built this year, but I feel the need to get it on the road one more time before the complete teardown. I need to get a new set of heads first, and a boat load of other small stuff first, but it's doable! (just don't laugh at the faded red paint when I arrive -she's tired, like me.)

Hey Marco... had a thought... I know you've been trying to get to this gathering each year unsuccessfully as well. How about I give you a little extra incentive?... The chances of getting my Spyder on the road are slim (but still doable).... so if I "do" somehow pull it off and get her back on the road, I'm stopping by Rochester "first" to meet you and you and then we can convoy / road trip / 'whatever' you want to call it / togther up to Bryan's place... red Spyder to red Spyder! If I 'can't' get her going in time, I'm 'still' stopping by your place, and I'm dropping off my family car at your house, and driving one of your other H-bodies to Bryan's while you follow along in your Spyder! How's THAT sound?? :th:

Well, that would have worked when I had multiple H bodies on the road at one time. I think next year I'll have the Sunbird going.

Also heading my way would put yu quite a bit out of the way, but I could meet up for a Convoy in Hamilton.. Although the drawback there, is that I like to head up through the 1,000 island side then back down through the falls side. So I circumnavigate the lake. If that goes as planned we could convoy after the show to Hamilton, or over to storage to see the 'Mess'.

Right on Ken
I missed meeting you and a few others at Brian's get together when he moved the year I was planning on attending (which was the inspiration for the MonzaQue). Reid made the surprise trip a couple years back, it is about time we had another long-haul show up, other than Mark from Vermont.

Oh I've already told my wife I'm going... (which she never had a problem with in the first place  ) Now it's just a matter of avoiding any conflicting family vacations / kid's activities now... but planning ahead I can "usually" avoid that, so odds are good I'll be there. :th:
